StolenCarReports Tipper locates stolen Ford 250 in Albany Oregon
An alert StolenCarReports Tipper in Albany Oregon located a stolen Ford 250 that had alerts sent out on it earlier in the day. The truck was abandoned on a dirt road off the beaten path, but the Tipper recognized that the make and model matched the alert she had received that morning. Local police recovered the truck and returned it to its grateful owners.
StolenCarReports assists multi-agency effort to recover 2007 Hummer H2
StolenCarReports received information from a member in Mexico on the location of stolen 2007 Hummer H2. This information was passed along to National Vehicle Services, who contacted the California Highway Patrol-Border Div. Investigative Services Unit. The CHP ISU Officer contacted his colleagues in Mexico and the stolen Hummer was recovered. The National Insurance Crime Bureau repatriated the vehicle back to California to its owner. Both the owner and his insurer, Allstate, were grateful to the multi-agency team effort.
