My husband went into the Nii store approximately 3pmasfter he parked in the handicap stall. I'm permanently disabled and he's temporary disabled.as he went inside nii store, a local Hawaiian guy t approximately 40 years of age wearing a ball cap pulled low on his head, wearing a black t shirt with white letters saying FUCK MILK DRINK BEER, passed by him .the thief has facial hair too.that car is my only means of transportation! There should be extra penalties for anyone stealing a handicap persons' property!
